Clean cut, the mixture between glycerol and citrulline will always beat caffeine and beta alanine in the gym. Too many all in one pre workouts on the market all pushing the same thing most of the time you have to stack to get the simply the right dose of L citrulline and glycerol in. Pump and blood flow overall. Melon berry twist is sweet and smooth, not soured out like most pre flavors. Aswell dry glycerol needs to be shaken a lot to mix with water. It’s just the ingredient so it’s miscibility is good.

Love this flavor. It does help me get a little boost for my workouts.

I’ve purchased two flavors of this so far, first one was the peach candy one and I was not a big fan of it. Second one is the melon berry one and I like that one much better. I really enjoy drinking this at the beginning of my workout, I found that it gives me a nice pump and a bit of energy for my workout. I definitely recommend this is you’re not a big fan of the jitters that come with regular pre workout.

A bonus point because it is caffeine free. It taste really good. I got so much energy from drinking this. Works really well.

There’s two different serving sizes you can do depending on how much effect you want. If you do the 1 scoop recommended which is what I do because this is pricey, you can feel some effects like more focus endurance and pump during your workout. 2 scoops you feel more: taste wise the melon berry is very subtle and tastes great I can’t complain it’s so much better than the overly sweet fake tasting pres I’ve had before. Clean ingredients can’t complain wish it was a bit cheaper. Love it because I don’t want caffeine for late afternoon lifts

Just what I needed. I tend to drink a lot of caffeine from other sources so this stim free pre-workout was a great addition to my caffeine intake. Helps me get a better pump which is what I wanted in a workout.

My go to pump product. I add it with my preworkout. Seems to work really well for me.
