I suffer from carpal tunnel and have to keep a close watch on my hand positioning when I type so that I don’t exacerbate it. That means I need to use wrist rests for my keyboard and mouse. So I’m always on the lookout for a good rest pad and when I saw how large this one was I ordered it immediately for my mouse. I wasn’t disappointed with it. The large surface area gives plenty of room for my wrist to move around on while using the mouse. The gel makes the entire pad supportive without causing any pressure on my wrist, which is a huge relief. The slight curve inward on one side makes the shape fir very well with mouse use and I didn’t have to reposition it after movement. The bottom does have a tacky surface designed to not slip, and it doesn’t. It’s necessary to actually pick the pad up to move it rather than sliding it around. That to me is a bonus as well, since it means less movement necessary. And anything that helps alleviate the wrist pain is a plus in my book.

I honestly have felt so much relief since I switched to this wrist pad for my keyboard. I will be buying another for work now too. It is great for gaming as well as for typing for work. I was originally concerned about the fact that the material is memory foam but this is high density memory foam, so it does not give too much, it has just enough softness to relieve the pressure but your wrist does not sink into it, that is perfect. I hope this product sticks around for a long time so I can buy it again if need-be for some additional computers maybe.
