This is working for us. It's not a quick, one portion, get thin solution though. It assists in clearing visceral fat thus reducing any strain on internal organs. This must be used with a balanced diet and regular excercise. I will be re ordering another pack.

Teaspoon a day on cereal

After reading the reviews I decided to give this a go as I have too much weight and am diabetic so thought it might help in both instances. I've found the best way for me to take it is to make a mock frappacino, that's a cold milky coffee for those who don't know. I have 2 little Frap bottles from supermarket bought Fraps so use these. I put 2 teaspoons of coffee + half a teaspoon of sugar into a jug + a drop of hot water to dissolve these I sprinkle 4 teaspoons of the powder to this and mix well before then adding the milk measured out in the 2 Frap bottles, then divide the whole thing between the 2 Frap bottles giving me a cold drink for 2 days. I tried mixing the powder with the milk first but it's too gloopy and found it dissolves much better in water. As to whether it's working or not I'm honesly not sure. I've had no side effects at all from it, no tummy problems as some appear to have had and no toileting problems either. I've only been using it for about a week now so perhaps time will tell. For now I'll keep drinking it until it's all gone and see what happens.

Comes in attractive packaging, easy to spoon out onto food. I use it on my morning bowl of cereals. The required daily amount is a heaped desert spoon. It tastes slightly sweet and therefore takes the place of adding sugar to your cereals. That can't be bad! I started taking insulin after seeing the Angela Rippon TV program which showed that over a period of time it can reduce internal body fat. The only way to find out if it does is to continue to take for as long as possible to prove whether it does or not. It doesn't mix well with fruit drinks because it goes globby, so cereals or fruit would be the best way to take your daily dose. As it's quite pleasant to take, I will certainly be ordering more. I will never know if it reduces any organ fats within me, but as a heart disease sufferer anything is worth trying. Following a similar Dr. Michael Moseley program, I also drink 20mg of olive oil a day. The program proved that it reduced inflammatory deposits in the blood considerably in as little as 6 weeks. Update October 2016. Recent blood test showed reduce cholesterol down to 4.7 from 5.6 total. And Triglericides now down to 0.9 from 1.7! Pretty pleased with that.
