Size up, i really recommend it for easy use.
Very nice shoe, it is very nice quality and it is comfortable to wear all day, it does not strain feet, i really recommend to size up half a size or a whole size up of the size you usually wear for sneakers. Color is a good color scheme, it has a good fit, and its really easy to slide on and off when you need and want them on and off.

Great for leg day
I’m a women’s size 7 and decided to go with the big kids size and it worked out perfectly. I mainly only wear these to the gym for leg day since it’s a super flat sole so I don’t know how comfortable they would be all day with walking
