Very easy to use, although never used similar tools. A great experience for me. It was used for soldering chargeable batteries. As this tool can be operated with one hand, I was allowed to solder batteries by myself. It's lightweight but safety is guarded with its design. Most importantly, the price is so good!!! Excited to try more machinery craft.

It didn't work that well. May work better on boards but like speaker wire and car audio it wasn't worth a damn

The Solding Gun is genius design. I can do solding only by one hand. No more need left hand hold wrie. Better design than old school solding pen.

The automatic feed is a great idea, but this product did not pull it through. This will heat up fast and you can certainly use it with solder outside of the feeder.If you are trying to learn, this is an okay kit other than the feeder doesn't work.

It’s a great soldering gun. I purchased it because I was doing some plumbing odds and ends around the house. This works great! Heats up fast!

Sometimes in life, something cheap will surprise you. This however is not one of those times.Pros: Heats up fast.Cons: Just about everything else.The feed system does not work, period. I tried several different angles and lengths and I just could not get it it work.The gun itself feel very clunky in your hand. I tried both left and right handed and I could not find a comfortable position to solder in.The cord is 3 feet long, 3. If a comfortable position could have been found, surely it would have been at the end of the cord. I have an outlet right at the end of my work desk and it was not close enough.All in all, if you are that type of person that will chuck a tool against a wall when it makes you angry, this will be great for you. For anyone else who uses a soldering iron/gun, don't waste your money.
