これまで家で3キロのダンベルでアームカールをしていましたが、重さが物足りなかったこと、落とす危険性があった（マンションのため落とすと自分が危ない、床が凹む、うるさい）ため、こちらの商品に変えました。15キロの力が必要で、ダンベルよりも引っ張る力が要るため効果を感じています。アームカールに関しては、言わずもがなですが万一落としてもうるさくない、怪我しないと言ったメリットもあります。

他の方もレビューされていますが、グリップ部分にしかadidas表記がないためちょっと特別感がないです。もう少し他のチューブと見た目で差分化してほしいですね。商品自体は良い感じです。
