I very stupidly did not read the instructions or watch the video, and consequently could not figure out how the phone went in the tray. After a quick read I was sorted. The process for me has always been straightforward. The main things to remember are; Always watch the video(!) Make sure your surface is level Always wait until ALL the glue has dripped out. I have found that after the initial pool, there is another drop fairly soon, but after that I waited about a minute for the last drop. And I think it's important as people frequently say that there is not enough glue. And don't complain that there is a gap around the protector. This is intentional so that cases can be used without issue. Of course the Fold has the fingerprint reader on the side so there are no issues with that. All I can say is it worked for me. First time.
