Perfect NAS storage for my purpose
I bought this NAS for one of my projects on Synology but I m using it on daily basis. It's worth the price

Definitely a good NAS for taking backup.
All the features can be reviewed on youtube. Hence, nothing much to say. Although the company has provided 16amp Indian plug instead of 6amp... Thats my only complaint to Synology.

Power just died on the device and very difficult to get through to support - Amazon does not provide enough post sale warranty follow-up support

Overly priced product which missed out basic specs features
No doubt about the brand & it product range. The Model missed out basic spec like it has just 2gb RAM for its haftey price tag. Definitely it's only for those who need it the most and can't work without the failsafe mode. As this is just the investment fore barebone and HDD pair investment of enterprise class is ofcourse an added cost plus looking ahead for RAM upgrade if you are looking forward for some serious output from this little beast. I am running happily running it with 8TB Ironwolf & 10GB of RAM, yes 10gb of ram is supported.....👍
