Brilliant item, cleared congestion in minutes. Bottle is a little fiddly to use.

What can I say, get some decongestant in the bottle and it sprays. Can't fault them.

Worked perfectly well initially but after some rather extensive use not a single one lasted longer than half a day, all 5 are now broken after one long weekend and are all in the bin That being said they were extremely cheap and when you think about it pretty good value for money for what they are.

Extremely dangerous. Should not be on sale. On first use, the tiny nozzle flew out and went up my nose. Sounds amusing and didn't bother me, HOWEVER, somebody else may not be as lucky. No decent nasal spray has a tiny nozzle that can come out. These need to be withdrawn from sale immediately
