These are shorter than I expected, but it still serves its purpose. It did not come with a carry bag, so I had to put them in the same one as my resistance loop bands. They're effective in my workouts, and as of right now very durable!

Using for shoulder PT will also use for working out and and stretching. Seems durable, good length, color coded. Comes with instruction manual for basic use. Good quality for the price. Storage pouch/case would be nice. Fast delivery.

I'm a senior and read that resistance bands are better than weights. These are perfect. You get various strength bands so that makes it a long term routine for me. No need to upgrade strengths in the future. These are great, durable and really priced affordable.

These are durable bands came with several different types light to extra heavy. They work great during my work out. These bands don’t get stuck together.
