I recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant mat *by C***B on 8 September 2024* So I've been using this for a few weeks and it's done a whole lot better than I thought, especially when it comes to cutting dough. Nothing has even dented it or removed any of the white size guides etc off, I was worried my metal scraper or my biscuit cutter would end up slicing into it, but there's not a mark on it. It's really easy to clean with just a damp cloth, it doesn't slide easily off the counter, although I do have to fight it a bit with certain dough but it's no big deal, I do sprinkle flour to stop dough sticking as I wasn't sure how well it would do by itself but it's not too bad. Only issue is of the pasta dough is thin and I try to lift it then it clings to the mat a bit, but it's really not that bad. I'd definitely recommend this product, it's easy to store and clean, and it protects the counters from damage and culinary creations from sticking to it.
