Works perfectly! Considering how often these units break from factory they should be a warranty item. However, we saved hundreds of dollars by purchasing this and installing it ourselves. Worth every penny.

Product was quickly delivered and was relatively easy to install. Functionality, fit and screen clarity have been a great replacement. Only unknown is how long the product will hold up, but all good for now

When the temperature in the cab is above 80 degrees it does not work. It isn't broken at that point, but will not take high temperatures. Not worth the money.

my 2015 Chevy Silverado has had its touch screen messed up for a while...phantom touches on screen...random channel change... screen drift in navigation, etc. Looked up a youtube demo of how to remove... basically trim pry tool, 7mm socket, and t15 screws on the back of the screen, and 3 ribbon cables. Ribbon cable has a little arm that flips UP, then cable lifts up and out. Re-install in reverse order gently. Pay attention to locations of the t15 screws, there are a lot of them.

The screen looks great and when I first got everything hooked up the touch screen worked fine for the whole day went out later at night just to enjoy having a radio again and the touch screen would only work when it wanted to work. Not sure what the issue is but in not what I thought a brand new screen should be doing. Some times I just locked right up and would only let me use the knobs. Unhappy man

I was having ghosting and random changes as well as the top half of the screen in my 2015 Chev Colorado not responding to touch. This new screen fixed my problems. It was a 10 minute job to remove the old screen and less than 10 minutes to install this new screen. Arrived on time, and works with no issues so far. What a treat!
