Impressive Customer Support and Reliable Performance - 5 Stars
I initially left a 3-star review because I was experiencing significant connectivity issues with the bulbs. They would frequently disconnect from my network, which was frustrating and time-consuming to fix. However, the customer support team at Ledmundo reached out to me. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, providing detailed troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the issue. When those didn't work, they didn't hesitate to offer me a set of new bulbs in exchange for the old ones. This gesture really demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction and confidence in their product. Upon receiving and installing the new bulbs, my experience has been entirely transformed. The installation process was straightforward, and pairing them with Alexa was seamless. Since then, I have not encountered any connectivity issues. The bulbs remain consistently connected, and the smart voice control works flawlessly. The color range and modes continue to impress, and the energy efficiency is a noticeable benefit. I am thoroughly satisfied with the performance and reliability of these bulbs now. Ledmundo has truly turned my 3-star experience into a 5-star one, and I couldn't be happier with their product and customer service.

Didn't last more than 2 months
Update: The company reached out to me and sent me some of their new versions of the bulb and they seem to work well with my wifi. I do notice that they're not as bright as the original version I had, but at least they're staying connected. These lost their connection with my wifi after 2 months. I constantly have to turn the switch off the reset them, but even that doesn't always work.

Perfect
They work great except for a couple of times when they glitched but they seem to recalibrate themselves. Would buy again

Connectivity issues and failure to work - Full of regrets
These lights worked well for a while, and then 1 bulb from each ceiling fan (3 bulbs) just stopped working. I continued to use the lights despite the issues. Then I upgraded my wifi modem recently, and I have had issues ever since. I have gotten 2 lights in one fan to connect, but then they drop the next day if they are not on. The other two lights I am still having issues getting connecting to the Wifi. I really would encourage anyone to pass on these bulbs. I wish I hadn't tried to take the cheaper option.

Ease of use
I had to use the smart life app with the candelabra bulbs. I love being able to group easily and the color function. I tried the surplife app. It was a joke. Couldn't connect try after try. I also bought 4 regular bulbs. Can't hook up with the smart life app. Haven't tried the surplife app yet because I was so frustrated. I'm buying another six of these today. I hope the life is as good. They have several colors ranging from daylight, warm and cool whites to many other colors. Loving it and still haven't tried any modes.

easy install but buggy inconsistent group level control with 9 bulbs
This bulb auto detects in the Tuya app and is a breeze to install. Brightness may be an issue for some because it defaults to 50%. FYI, the dimmer slider bar is at the top of the app screen. The app menu is so minimalist that some may fail to recognize the slider at the top. Swipe to far right and it will be brighter. During initial testing I had 4 of these in one outdoor sconce. Controls seemed OK when configured in a group. When I installed all 9 bulbs across three outdoor fixtures, I'm guessing wifi interference contributed to weak signal and I started having several fail to respond. Some would go all white while others would color shift. Occasionally I could get them all to respond but it's not worth the hassle. TI would try to turn them all off using the group control but the on/off light for the individual bulb icons in the app would remain green. I would then try to turn them off individually which seemed to work. I just don't want the hassle of individually controlling 9 bulbs in order to create a consistent light effect. Some of them take forever to connect so this is best used in an application where the fixture is always powered. I do like the fact that the bulbs have a memory so if you program them once, they will retain the settings. I just struggled to program them as a group in the Tuya app and get them all to respond. Another weird thing is that if you have a preset color in a group, turning it on does not implement the color change unless you manually move the color slider. That's likely a software bug but it limits automation as you will need to manually configure every color change. You can add custom colors to the menu but unless you manually make a change the bulbs remain stuck on the previous color even when you turn them on using a custom group with a different default color. I'd suggest this for anyone indoors with strong wifi. Outdoors the wifi signal is weaker than other bulbs particularly if fixtures have clusters of bulbs which will create noise. I found many of the scenes to have interesting fade effects. I did try the music sync effects and it was severely delayed which is typical of these devices. Note that you cannot set up an Alexa group to control any of the advanced features on these bulbs. If your goal is to control their effects using a group setting it will need to be within the Tuya app. As with all of these devices, you need to force your phone onto a dedicated 2.4ghz network. If your router supports it, set up a dedicated 2.4ghz SSID for all IOT devices (disable AX on this SSID). The Tuya app does not permit selecting more than 9 devices at a time. The fact that my group had 9 devices might have triggered some sort of limit in the app as I was unable to consistently control all 9 bulbs using the app. Again, this may also have been the result of weak wifi signal. The app showed the bulbs connected but not all would respond to the group control. Spent a couple hours troubleshooting.

Only ones that fit my fans
I donโt like this brand but they are the only ones that fit in the ceiling fans we have. To pair them you have to find their app and the lights blink on and off pretty quickly. Iโd rather buy govee.

Pairing is annoying sometimes
I love the lights. Brightness is good and the colors are fun to play with. The pairing is annoying sometimes. So in the documentation I think if you turn off and on your lights 3 times it goes into pairing mode. But sometimes if I just turn off my lights on and off normally it goes into pairing mode which is sooooo annoying. It hasnโt happened yet but I think if a family member went into my room and that happened it would freak them out. Itโd be nice if I can turn off that feature
