Comfortable, feels solid.
I’m 6’2’’ 240# slightly athletic build, and these fit perfectly. Haven’t had a crash with them yet, but the feel well made and don’t move around.

Uncomfortable! Take the old version any day.
Previously owning several sets of the older version of fox Titan elbow pads I am extremely disappointed with the sizing and comfort of their latest version. Me being 5'8 180 lb find their large extra large elbow pads to be extremely tight, and it's padding has sharp edges. Who puts sharp edges on padding where it touches your skin. The old ones would pinch after a full day of riding, but these ones feel almost sharp right out of the box. If you've got nothing else these should protect you in a fall, but they're going to be very uncomfortable to wear.

Gave me arm pump
They give me arm pump. I've resorted to not wearing elbow pads, which sucks because I want the protection, but I'd rather be able to hold onto the bike.
