What can I do if the earphones stop connecting to my device?

1. Fully charge the earphones. 2. Perform a reset on the earphones. 3. Restart your phone, tablet, or computer. 4. Clear any unnecessary or unused Bluetooth connections from your device's list. 5. Turn Bluetooth off and then back on.

Why are the earphones still connecting to my phone after placing them back and closing the case lid?

1. If the case battery is completely drained, placing the earphones inside won’t power them off. 2. Ensure the earphones are properly seated in the case, with the charging pins aligned. 3. Make sure the case lid is fully closed.

How to reset the TRUEFREE O1?

1. Place the earphones in the charging case and open the lid. 2. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes twice—this signals that the reset is complete.

Why is the Bluetooth connection unstable sometimes?

The Bluetooth connection may be unstable due to interference, low battery, physical obstructions, or pairing with too many devices.
