The original casters on our 2008 Weber Summit grill disintegrated years ago. It's a heavy grill and the plastic casters were never up to the task of moving it. We have a brick paver patio. It's not rough by any means, but the beveled edges of the pavers were too much for the plastic casters. We found these and read the reviews from others about fitting their Weber grills, so we took a chance. They fit the Summit perfectly. It was a 5 minute job to replace the original casters and was very easy to do. The grill now rolls easily. It sits a couple of inches higher, but it's still at a reasonable working level. Two of the casters lock to prevent the grill from moving while working on it. Given how old the grill is, I'm sure the casters will outlast it, but it was well worth the money to have the grill moveable again.

Worked great for my Mac Tool cart. Had 4" before and now have the 5" as an upgrade. The casters are smooth. Sometimes with the lock on, the wheels can still move in the direction away from the lock. But only if forced like trying to move the cart with wheels locked. Bought some 1" square tube caster inserts separately for my application as these came with round ones

I bought these 3 inch swivel wheels to replace the worn out ones on my Craftsman mechanics seat #51108. My mechanics seat has never rolled about this good since it was brand new almost 30 years ago. Quiet, Smooth, Steady is the result. Less than a minute per wheel to replace. Recommended !

You'll need a 9/16 th drill bit for the plastic insert if using these casters for something other than direct replacement on existing chair. I wanted to mount on a shop work stool with wooden legs. Use masking tape to mark your drill depth, drill straight, use a hammer on plastic inserts then on inserting caster wheels.

Casters are well made. They fit snugly and will not fall out. It tool about 5 minutes and was very easy to replace the old casters. Good value for the money.
