The other sizes are 2 in. and 3 in. The parallel screwless vises and rigid and accurate. They are intended to be used in most mills. In other words, they are compact enough to be mounted on even the smallest table mills. Beyond, the stationary jaw of each of the screwless vises has a threaded hole on each side. The hole is designed to mount a material stop for repeated jobs. I haven't had to de-burr anything, it is all nicely chamfered. The main screw is a 6mm x 25mm socket head cap screw, it shipped with a 8.X grade bolt that seemed to be a little messed up on some of the threads so I replaced it with a 12.9 grade bolt. The two holes on the side of the fixed jaw are also threaded for 6mm and are roughly 12mm deep. I will probably end up getting a 3" version for slightly larger things. I haven't had to de-burr anything, it is all nicely chamfered. The main screw is a 6mm x 25mm socket head cap screw, it shipped with a 8.X grade bolt that seemed to be a little messed up on some of the threads so I replaced it with a 12.9 grade bolt.
