I'm not sure how I made it this long without this supplement. It has been more effective than ANY supplement I've used through the years. It has gotten rid of tons of pain I was experiencing. I'm so happy to have discovered this product!

I used this Citicoline and over time did have some noticable but modest improvement in abaility to motivate - when I thought of something I needed to do, I was somewhat more likely to get up and do it once I was loaded with this. This is JUST MY EXPERIENCE: But I experienced substantial tendon inflammation in my wrists and ankles, I experimented with dosing and feel pretty sure about this. Now after the same time unloading as initial loading (about 3-4 weeks) I feel pretty normal again. I LIKED what it did for my brain but not the side effects. YOUR MILAGE MAY VARY

Received it today, it said to take 3 capsules, I only took two and forgot about it, within an hour I noticed a difference, clear headed and mood boost! I hope this is the case on a daily bases!
