I recently had Leaf Razor break on my while shaving. I used it very regularly for over a year without any issues and the spring in the head gave out so the head would just flop around. I contacted Leaf Shave through their website warranty department, where I had to take a few pictures and send the invoice from when I originally bought it. (Thank you, Amazon, for keeping this on hand). Within one day they contacted me notifying my new razor what already processed and is on the way to me. WOW. From the day I wrote the warranty department to the time the razor showed up at my house was 6 days. I had to shave my head twice in that time and luckily, I kept my old Gillete razor with some replacement cartridges to at least to get me though. Let me tell you that Leaf Shave is leaps and bounds ahead of that disposable razor with a brand-new cartridge on it. Product = Fantastic!!! Customer Service = Fantastic!!!

The razor worked well off the bat. It did not shave quite as closely as my cartridge razor, but still worked well. But it has not held up. After four months, one of the magnets that hold the blades has fallen out and the spring that holds the razor together has loostened. The blades are no longer geld properly and the razor has begun to cut me regularly. I have saved money on blades, but not enough to cover the $80 the Leaf cost me. Edit: When i contacted Leaf they just asked for a picture and a receipt then sent me a new one. Loving having it back vs using my old plastic cartridges up. I will probably save them for vacations or something. I will say I get better results from non leaf blades

I bought this razor to cut down on my plastic consumption. I use a straight blade on my face, but burn through disposable razors on my head and arms. The first time using this razor on my head I nicked myself several times which resulted in a bunch of ingrown hairs. I'm getting better with it and after 2 months I can get a pretty clean shave without much skin damage. My only complaint is how slick the handle is. I wish they had added some knurling to help grip with wet hands. All-n-all I would recommend this razor, but here are my tips: First, after you install new blades run the razor up and down your pant leg a couple times. This is a pretty aggressive razor and the fresh blades will cut any bumps on your skin. Second, grip it at the middle or lower part of the handle. I'm used to gripping disposable razors near the razor head, but with this razor I was putting too much pressure against my skin. Gripping it lower on the handle allows the spring loaded head to regulate the pressure and seems to prevent nicks and cuts. Lastly, and this should go without saying, use a good shave soap. Don't use chemical derived shave creams or gels, their terrible for your skin.

I purchased this to shave my head and face on a 3 day cycle. Unfortunately the Leaf didn't work out for me. The handle is too narrow, too heavy and worst of all too slippery. On the other hand the shave is very close, probably the best I've ever tried, the pivot head and triple single edge razor design work really well. I'll continue using my Gillette profusion 5 blade until they offer something with better grip/weight/feel in hand.

Skeptical but bought anyway. Worth it. Quality item.

Honestly, I should have switched to straight razors years ago but never did until recently. To be fair, though, straight razors are not very forgiving, especially when you're still getting used to them. The blades are so sharp that you cut yourself easily. This razor is much more forgiving and you can shave faster with the contours of your body without worrying about knicking yourself going over an uneven surface or not holding the blade at the right angle. That being said, my only complaints are that one, this razor is super expensive, even on sale (but it's also the easiest to shave with and the most forgiving straight razor). Secondly, for the price of this razor, the product itself should automatically include the silicone sleeve, which it doesn't. That's a rip off in my opinion as you're spending big bucks on a razor, the silicone sleeve should be included in the price as a courtesy. But no, Leaf razor has them on amazon for $15 which is very overpriced in my opinion. But this is a great razor that shaves as easily as the cheap razors that you can find in the store, only the blades stay sharper a lot longer than 2 uses. I'd recommend this product but on sale, such as prime day.

Item i received is used one, very dirty even didnt removed blades, and hairs in it, very unprofessional

Good quality but can’t manage to get the razors to sit properly to get a smooth shave that doesn’t slightly grab leg hairs. Have since gone back to use a normal safety razor.
