This is an effective beginner exercise tool to strengthen and tone your torso and a great value as well. It’s handy, convenient and easily portable if your a frequent traveler. Three to five sets of 8 to 12 reps in strict form with minimal rest between sets provides a reasonably solid workout if you’re pressed for time. Follow up with equal sets and reps of pushups or bench presses for a robust pectoral/upper body workout.

I had one of these years ago. Works good. I use it every night before hitting the rack, 3-5 exercises, 2-3 sets each. I got the 30-80 lb resistance one but need to jump up to the next level because this one is a little light for me. I do like the longer handles so you can adjust the tension. Nice piece of equipment...

This product is well built. The handles can get slippery from sweat, use of chalk definitely helps. The spring squeeks after a bit of use like a mattress. I bought this product so I can lift while in the passenger seat at work doing transport. Stuck at a desk need to work the upper body this is it. I recommend anyone looking to increase their fitness to give it a try.

So, I had shoulder surgery and was struggling to get strength back. A friend had one of these in the max version and I struggled with it. So I order one down and used it daily for a few months. It certainly helped me. This piece of gear is sturdy and looks good. It's pretty easy to pack into a large suit case when you're traveling too.
