I have an existing iPad Air 2 and as my 5 year old decided to drop it on its corner and crack the screen in multiple places felt it was time to get a tablet exclusively for her. I didn’t want her to have one that looked like a children’s toy and more a tablet that could grow with her and use it for the increasing tasks set by school. Upon first opening it discovered a nicely put together arrangement with the plastic screen protector and a case with stand (a great innovation) on top that I did not expect but very welcome as certain companies would charge you extra. The tablet itself was wrapped up tightly and putting all the pieces together was a breeze including the screen protector. I have to say it looks great with the clear case or without. Turning the tablet on and setting up was very quick except the notorious Samsung marketplace update, but after a couple of attempts rectified itself. No fault to the tablet or its operation. Spent very little time adding apps. Once you get started it is functional and if you use android based phones and/or tablets it’s plain sailing. The screen size is excellent and very clear and has so many ways to make adjustments. Its clearness, brightness and clarity match those of a mobile phone as well as a mode for your eyes. The front and back cameras more than compare to others in their price range. An SD card space where you can increase the space and you get a free key (similar if not exact to the iPhone SIM card key). The sound is possibly the best I have heard from a tablet and did not realise it was Atoms and is very sharp. I find the speakers on each side of the tablet adds to the sound quality of the tablet. Wifi connection took less time than to type a sentence it was that quick without stalling. Purchasing a pc from Lenovo years ago I was expecting 90% of the drive space to be consumed by their own apps but only 1. So for value for money with a trusted brand you really can’t go wrong.

It does everything just great - I've had no issue doing browsing, running video streaming apps and social media. Doesn't slow down at all. Everything works fine. If I had to be really really picky, I would say both of the cameras could be better but that's the same with ALL tablets regardless of price... Overall, really happy with my purchase! P.S. It comes with a free case with a stand! A charger with a USB cable too!

Although this tablet is smaller than I was used to, it does much more than my other one and I have more apps than I really need. Took me a while to set up as there was not really any instructions because they say, go online but if you are not tech savvy like me, preferred written instructions would have been useful. Useful for carrying about and the price was brilliant

I've had this for six months now and I'm very happy with the purchase (apart from the drop in price since I bought it ;)). It gets used as a general tablet alongside laptops and desktops, often for travel purposes, where the long battery life is very useful. At home, I use it for streaming TV, where the screen is crisp and clear, as well as for the Kindle app. it came with a case too

I WOULD give this 5 stars. 1 star review is because it was unusable & I had to return it. If you use Android Navigation buttons, you might struggle as I did. On the home-screen, navigation buttons are at the bottom of the screen in the middle. Exactly where they have been for the last 10 years or so & on every Android device I've ever owned. When you open an app - however - they move to the bottom right & are replaced in the middle with an annoying "taskbar" loaded with apps. Which also covers part of the app you're using. And no, you Lenovo don't let you switch it off (as of Jan 2024). So when you instinctively try to click on back or home-screen, instead you open up another app by mistake. A common feature with many devices using Android 13. You might like it – but if not, other manufacturers let you configure this aspect. Lenovo do not. I checked various forums for advice & many others had the same problem & as of Jan 2024 - there is no fix. Someone on a forum put it this way.... Imagine you have 3 cars in your household. All 3 have the clutch on the left & accelerator on the right. One of the cars is recalled for an “upgrade” & they swap the pedals around without asking you. Might cause problems ! Anyway. The tablet itself, I would have given 5 stars. Well made & solid feeling, nice clear screen & very good value (Jan 2024 - on offer for £109). They even included a case ! Some annoying "bloatware" which you can't remove - but at this price-point, something I could live with & no worse than most other devices. Full refund from Amazon so no problem there.

Unfortunately I picked the wrong one from the three I decided from, this is slow, Face ID rarely ever works almost always says enter your code for added security, like there’s more chance someone has my face than knows my code, but the main reason I bought it was to play on a specific app that I wanted to play on a bigger screen than my phone and unfortunately this tablet cannot handle it, crashes constantly even in low graphic and simple mode, and when I try to log in to the game either with email or Facebook it restarts the game and I have to keep doing it over and over, in the end I had to put it in split screen to keep the game loaded whilst I logged, same with almost all apps, you cannot leave a game and come back to it a few seconds later and continue from where you were because it will close the app as soon as you come off it and reload it when you return, I have changed the settings that are supposed to stop this from happening but nothing changed, all in all I would not recommend this nor would I buy it again.

For its price point its surprisingly good. It has good battery life and average screen. I have it wall mounted and use it for Home Assistant, which has been running fine for a few weeks now. The tablet overall isn't super responsive, and I honestly can't say i would recommend this for general use such as playing games or web browsing as it would be too slow.

Very disappointed with this tablet.
