Ok so after 2 weeks I can honestly say I see some improvement interms of my weight loss. My regimen has changed drastically before but adding these has helped. My energy levels are up and I tend to use the bathroom more but despite these being very large pills I swallow them easily. My stomach doesn’t feel upset more slight discomfort then easily passed stool and the taste nor smell is not terrible and so far I can say it’s good value for your money.

Cold pressed Black seed oil in general is really great for your body and well being and this is a really good brand at a great price. The only complaint I have is that they are pretty big but I guess that's necessary with the amount of mgs. You don't burp black seed oil flavor with these like some other brands so that's nice. I would recommend these to someone looking for good quality BSO for sure.

Just to big of capsules,didn't realize they were going to be that big.

This stuff is amazing. I've been having my teen daughter take it as she is very prone to moderate to severe acne no matter what prescriptions we try and what diet eliminations we do. Within 1 week of starting just 1 pill before bed, her face looked markedly improved. We've moved her up to 2 pills before bed and her face is so much clearer. It's not perfect, but it calms down her skin enough to give other topical treatments more of a chance to help. She still flares up near the beginning of her cycles, but again, nothing like it used to be. Woohoo! I have been taking it myself as well before bed to try and help with sleep quality. I've noticed very subtle differences, but they are there. I know it's great for the immune system too, so that's part of my motivation in taking it regularly too. My daughter who has been taking it since October, has missed all the little bugs circulating around her school. Double-win.

This product is wonderful. No belly upset or burping. My bloated belly is no longer bloated in less than a week.

When I take this, I feel like I get cleansed in a gentle way. It makes stool easy to pass as well. I love it. It's a big pill so if you have a problem swallowing, maybe this won't be for you. There are no side effects that I have observed. Great quality product. There is no taste, just feels slimy because if the capsule the oil is in but to me it's fine because it's a great product.
