(Nicely packaged in a small white box to store the extra on roll in sewing area.) I use this for making a wide head band that I edged with twill tape on connecting seam (easy to sew on machine with heavy needle.) Then I cover with basted on batting for shape and add my fabrics to build a hat. Strong with a sturdy stretch that does not feel flabby. 4 inch retains vertical stand but can be folded. Also used as a wide waistband. Soft enough not to irritate skin. Great product.
