Is this pillow as cool as the buckwheat one?

I bought three other buckwheat pillows at the same time that I'm using for my back. I forgot after using it for three weeks that this pillow was not buckwheat like the others in fact. I think it is the best pillow I bought which means it's better than the other ones. That is my opinion.

Is the pillow itself washable?

Hi, the paper that came with mine said of the pillow: "Do Not Machine Wash. Do Not Machine Dry. Spot Clean Only. Do Not Hand Wash. Do Not Dry Clean." For the pillow case that comes with it: "Machine Washable. Hang Dry. Do Not Machine Dry." So basically the pillow case is washable but not the pillow itself. Hope this helps!
