Hi can you fold this walker? Is it foldabale?

yes it does fold to about 10 inches wide. The back wheels clos together. I found a little wd40 on the front hinge between the handle bars made the folding much easier.

Can the bag be removed if not needed

Yes the bag can be removed as is attached by 4 press studs..

It has a bag permanently attached to the frame. It looks small but a lot can be crammed in. It has a lid with shuts with velcro fasteners. It 's not waterproof but it's a useful tool for shopping.etc
