This bottle bent out of shape quickly around the rim and now the lid doesn’t fit properly and it leaks. Expensive bottle to have such a flaw. I tried to get it back into shape but it’s such a small bend, hardly noticeable but it’s enough to not allow for a proper seal. Camelback have other bottles that are way better. This model is really disappointing.

Had a Nike bottle prior, the seal was awful on it. Lock feature works great, also keeps liquids cool for as long as you would need.

The camelbak podium chill is my go-to all purpose water bottle. This is my second camelbak water bottle first one lasted for 10 years before I forgot it on the plane. Pros: Keeps my drinks cooler than a regular water bottle. The plastic material makes it significantly lighter than a stainless steel water bottle (which is good as I frequently drop my water bottle and stainless steel can break, chip, or crack harder floors…and toes). It easily fits in a wide range of water bottle pockets and holders. The lid and nozzle fully disassemble for easy cleaning. It doesn’t leak. Even if the nozzle is in the open position it won’t leak when tipped over. Cons: Bottle itself is not dishwasher safe (lid is). The twist nozzle is a little stiff. I need to use my hand to open and close the nozzle (this issue will likely resolve with use).
