I use my cushion every day for anywhere from 2 to 9 hours consecutively while using my computer! When I did not have it, I would get severe pain in across my back in a 4 inch wide band at the level of my shoulder blades. This back/seat pad has helped me to sit for these long periods without getting these pains. It "encourages" me to sit up straighter than normal--reducing slouching--reducing pain in my lower back. I would not hesitate to recommend this to my family and friends and likewise to you shoppers looking and hoping to find something that really works. The back/seat pad is made extremely sturdy and supports my whole back and buttox. The fabric is also sturdy and very tightly woven. And, it is sewn together with extreme strength. I often use my laptop at a dining room table with a stiff wooden chair that usually has me shifting around every few minutes but when I put this cushion on the wooden seat I can stay in one place for a long time without any discomfort. I am short (5'3") so I find that the added cushion prevents me from being able to put my feet flat on the ground but I can comfortably cross my ankles with my toes touching the ground. Most of the fabric feels soft but I'm not a fan of the gray mesh areas on my skin. I assume the gray mesh is for moisture wicking to prevent any smells from sweat, it just does not feel great on my skin so I usually need to wear long pants or but a blanket over the cushion.

Overall, I would recommend you try this product. I work from home, so I was interested to see how this vacuum-sealed foam lumbar support might help with my lower back pain, posture, and comfort while seated for longer periods. The product took a day or two to decompress out of the vacuum seal. The cushion comes with a thank-you card and a QR code from the manufacturer that links to a how-to video. I opened the vacuum seal and allowed the cushion to decompress for a couple of days. Initially, I thought the design was too simple, but now I realize it is a somewhat clever design; the back support is a foam seat and back cushion with some extra foam in the lumbar area. Adjustable clips run from the upper back and attach to the front of the seat cushion. This forces you to sit up straight and sit against the lumbar support. In terms of pain relief, the product somewhat alleviated my back and butt pain when sitting for long periods of work. In terms of support, the product is effective, however I would prefer if the lumbar support height were more adjustable. Overall, the cushion is comfortable, but it may make you feel like you are forced to lean forward, which is the point. Give this cushion a shot.

Comfortable in a hard back chair. If you are short, your feet will no longer touch the floor, Did not work well in car on sofa or recliner. Over all good quality and support but not for every seat. Durable fabric, no stitching flaws, sturdy and well secured support straps,

Ive used a smaller lower back lumbar pillow to help with my posture and back since I have a desk job that requires a lot of sitting. However my back is always still hurting a bit so I decided to try this one after reading the reviews. I’ve had it a few months now and LOVE it!! The cushion support on both the back and bottom seating area is amazing - my bottom no longer hurts when I sit through 8 hours of meetings, and the back cushion is thick but structured enough to help me improve my posture when sitting as well. I like the adjustable straps to allow you to personalize the tension and height of the back rest to what suits your body shape and form - it allows much more support than just a small lumbar pillow. The price for this is also very competitive for the value. Would highly recommend to anyone who has a desk job !

I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT OFFER ASSISTANCE AFTER PURCHASE! I purchased my first lifted lumbar November 2024. “That” item was everything it was advertised to be. I used it when driving, sitting at my desk, and even when sitting up in bed. It preformed as advertised & was a quality item - so much so my sister begged me for it and I gave it to her. BUT- the product I ordered July 6, 2025 was TOTALLY THE OPPOSITE OF THE ABOVE. It was misshaped, lumpy, poor quality material & honestly looked like a totally different item altogether ( like a cheap knock-off). I contacted the small business manufacturer as stated in the large pamphlet included in the box. I included my concerns, requested assistance, & provided pictures. No one- and I mean NO ONE responded to several requests over a week &1/2 period. Finally, I wrote to the kickstarter and I finally got a response from the “small business manufacturer” Dr. Trigger and it was not nice. They accused me of “ taking up valuable time they could be using to assist other customers “…wow, like they got their money & your no longer a concern, “ “they are a small business & it takes time” … wow, it only take a few seconds for an honest response. “ My “ threats” do not help… threats? I suppose if exercising your rights as a consumer constitutes “ threatening activity” then Dr. Trigger & associates are in the wrong business. I told them if I did not receive a response ( I gave them more than a week) I would contact Amazon ( bc this business sells its product as a 3 rd party but Amazon ships it & it is a prime item) and inform them that the business will not respond, the product is defective, not as advertised, & request resolution from Amazon. I did remind Amazon these sellers represent “ Amazon’s commitment” to deliver quality products. I received a product that I would not have paid a dollar for. But it was the “ small business” non- customer service that stood out and how they actually admonished the customer to exercise their rights as a consumer- their response was the “ threat “! Trying to harass a customer to “ not” report is shameful AND they never once apologized for the defective product. They did request my address “ so the could send another item - bc I should understand that sometimes these product to not fully decompress “. Yes, some compressed products do not fully decompress but it’s the companies responsibility to ensure replacement or return your money. I never received a response after I sent my address NOR HAVE I RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT OR MY MONEY BACK. Amazon did tell me they would send a replacement & if the replacement is of the same poor quality as the original they will refund my money and escalate the information to their quality control.

This thing really works. I was having back problems watching TV. And the pain would not go away even after standing or walking. Used this everytime I watched TV and my back feels great. I rolled up a small towel and placed it under the front edge. I had the feeling like I was sliding out of the unit but the towel cured that. At first I found it uncomfortable but within minutes I forgot about the initial discomfort and was enjoying my TV shows. I use it all the time now. This was a good buy

TO my surprise, the box it arrive in was VERY SMALL, as I opened it up I realize it's very much like one of those mattresses, vacuum packed. Takes about an hour to fully inflate and air out as instructed. I use it on a kitchen chair as that is my temporary office until our basement is completed. So far I'm happy with it as it supports my posture and adjusts in all the right places. Build quality is good enough it should last the duration of a dozen years if treated correctly. Used in direct sunlight in a vehicle I can't say with any certainty. I cut off the sewn on straps one may use to attach to a car seat I suppose, the bottom of this will grip most car seats but that is a choice you may make to leave them or not, I found them intrusive for me. Overall, pretty happy with this as is my back so a win-win.
