Absolutely fantastic product and amazing customer support. Couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend this product and company to everyone else. Can’t wait until they release more stuff in the future !!

I bought these as I had tried (with excellent results) the leg part at a spa. I would highly recommend these. However, for those considering paying an extra £4-500 for the arm and hip part please do not bother. For one the control pad is about £500 and the connector cord £50 so you can see the leg part is valued at about £200. for the extra £500 you do not get a second control pad just the attachments. More importantly the arms need to come with a warning. I am young and active. I have used the legs with no issues. However the arms (at setting 5 of 7 for 30 mins) created such a reaction I had a 24 hr incredibly painful headache fever and nausea . Do be careful and build up slowly. Honestly the legs alone are enough

The boots, arms & hips are all part of my recovery ! I can’t do without it ! Best recovery for me ! Being a personal trainer and on the move with my clients takes a toll on my body at the end of the day . I’m also an athlete & use the boots , arms & hips daily after golfing , running , boxing & taekwondo training or just a long day coaching my personal training clients. Highly recommended!!!

I use the Normatec 3 primarily for recovery after hard training sessions and long workdays where my legs and hips take the most strain. The recovery benefits are noticeable. The full-body setup is bulky and takes up some space, which can make storage and portability less convenient. That said, this is expected with a full-leg, hip, and arm system. Compared to basic compression sleeves or handheld recovery tools, this provides a much deeper and more consistent recovery experience. It feels closer to what you’d expect from professional athletic recovery equipment. If you train hard, work long hours on your feet, or prioritize recovery, this system is very effective. It may not be ideal for someone with limited space or who wants something ultra-portable, but for performance and recovery, it delivers.
