Here are the dimensions
I ordered one of these speculatively after being unable to determine the dimensions (hence 3 stars). The uncompressed dimensions are: 104 mm length (4 inches) 17 mm outer diameter 15 mm inner diameter 1 mm wire diameter I have yet to try it in my cistern but it is the right size and fits so I am expecting it to be fine. Item arrived promptly.
