Super Delicious
My go to flat bread. Don't taste low carb at all. Really soft and nice texture. Great bread replacement. They are pricey but very worth it if you love flat bread but don't want the carbs.

Naan/Pita/Pizza Dough Alternative
Good alternative to naan/pitas for butter chicken and gyros. Will need to try it as a pizza base someday. Tastes much better toasted.

Perfect for the pizza craving Keto eater
These were perfect. The three separate packages makes storage better too. Kept all in the freezer, pulled out a single pack of 5 and made those 5 into personal pizzas. We each ate one and had left overs that were pretty tasty, similar to regular cold pizza! Used ai for a homemade (easy) sauce recipe and exact instructions to use in our toaster oven/air fryer. 2 fit onto the fryer basket at at time (geekchef). FYI, we baked them plain first for 5 minutes then added the sauce, peperoni and sausage, THEN cheese (mozz, parm & white cheddar) and set to air fry for another 7 min. Are they as amazing as 'real' pizza dough, of course not, but they are a fantastic substitute when you aren't eating bread, dough, etc.

Keep checking your blood sugar....
First, let me say that these flatbreads taste fantastic. Having said that, this has been my recent experience. Initially, they didn't seem to be effecting my blood sugar. (I was only eating 1/2 flatbread with meals.) I've been controlling my diabetes through diet for 18 years, no meds.) For the last few months, however, I've seen my blood sugar spike after eating the same amount. The company told me that it's not possible for regular flatbreads to be mistakenly packed as Keto flatbreads at their factory, and I believe them. So, my advice, if you're diabetic,is to keep checking your blood sugar when eating these, to make sure they're acting like you want them to act. Everybody's different. I think I'm going to have to stop eating these. I'm sad about that. They're good!!
