These have been a life saver when needing to keep to do lists, journals, etc. They fit easily into my pocket, and while they're small notebooks, they last for a long time! Fits perfectly into pocket. However, I am not sure it is real leather. Seems and feels like vinyl. But at this price, really, who cares? Binding and pages are sewn in, so they seem like they will hold up well. Again, 10 books for less than $20 and small enough to always have in pocket. Time will tell how these hold up in a pocket or purse, but overall, they are a good value. Paired with a mini pen, there's no reason NOT to have a small notebook handy...and no batteries required...haha.
