Item is as advertised. It is sturdy and well made. I use it for cleaning the face of my vehicle wheels and tire side wall lettering. It does this very well, I like it.

Does not last 5 uses, now broken.UPDATE: excellent customer service, after reaching out to consumer support i am definitely buying again. I was also told that they are working on a better, improved version.They are also well aware that their product needed improvement.

I used this to renew my bathtub after many years of soap scum and neglect. It was essential to clean the textured part in the bottom of the tub that the pad attachment cannot get completely clean. A little hard to control initially as you apply pressure and the drill will try to slide on you so take care to protect other surfaces you don't wish to bump or damage. CLR is another essential purchase for spraying on to these type of cleaning jobs.
