Review: Fantastic knife for daily chores! - I'm not a "knife guy" so take my review with a grain of salt, but I found myself frequently searching around for something sharp in every day activities like camping, crafts, breaking down cardboard, etc. So after some web research, I settled on this knife and I absolutely love it! It feels light yet sturdy and balanced in my hand. Has a nice grippy texture on the handle, and opens/closes quite smoothly, either with a flick or pulling on the rear tab, without putting your fingers anywhere near the sharp part. It's also very sharp and holds that sharpness well. When opens, the blade is locked in place unless you press a little button at its base. The price seems very reasonable for such a premium feeling, well-designed knife. ## Features - Classy, Minimalist, Aesthetic --- Flipper opener with a ceramic ball bearing pivot ensures a smooth and reliable action. Smooth action and very sharp edge. Ultem scales are visually satisfying, comfortable in hand. Appreciate the additional security of the button lock on this model. Happy to add this to my collection. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic knife for daily chores! *by A***L on August 13, 2026* I'm not a "knife guy" so take my review with a grain of salt, but I found myself frequently searching around for something sharp in every day activities like camping, crafts, breaking down cardboard, etc. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Nearly Perfect Everyday Carry Knife *by B***C on May 7, 2026* CIVIVI Elementum II is one of those rare everyday carry knives that immediately makes you understand why the Elementum line has become so popular. After carrying and using it regularly, it feels like a knife designed with an incredible amount of restraint and attention to detail. Nothing feels excessive, yet almost everything feels refined. The first thing that stood out to me was how smooth the action is. Deployment feels fast and satisfying without being overly aggressive, and the button lock design makes opening and closing the knife feel effortless. It quickly becomes one of those knives you absentmindedly fidget with because the mechanical feel is just that enjoyable. The 2.96" Nitro-V blade has also been excellent in real-world use. It arrives sharp, holds an edge well, and handles everyday cutting tasks with ease. Whether opening packages, breaking down boxes, cutting cord, or general utility work, the blade shape feels incredibly practical. It strikes a nice balance between precision and durability without trying to look overly tactical. The Ultem handle gives the knife a unique look while still remaining lightweight and comfortable in hand. What I appreciated most is that the knife carries easily in the pocket without feeling bulky or intrusive. It disappears when you’re not using it, which is exactly what a good EDC knife should do. Build quality across the entire knife feels outstanding for the price. Lockup feels secure, tolerances are tight, and everything about it gives the impression of a much more expensive knife. CIVIVI continues to hit that sweet spot where affordability and quality overlap in a way that’s becoming harder to find. Overall, the Elementum II feels like a modern EDC knife done right. It’s clean, practical, reliable, and genuinely enjoyable to carry and use every day. Whether you’re already into knives or looking for your first quality pocket knife, this is an easy 5-star recommendation. ## Frequently Bought Together - CIVIVI Elementum II Pocket Folding Knife, 2.96" Damascus Blade Utility Knife with Deep Carry Pocket Clip for EDC C18062PB-DS1 - CIVIVI Mini Praxis Folding Pocket Knife, 2.98" D2 Steel Blade G10 Handle Small EDC Knife with Pocket Clip for Men Women, Sharp Camping Survival Hiking Knives C18026C-1 - CIVIVI Titanium Pocket Clip with 2 Pairs Titanium Screws for Mini Praxis, Qubit, Vision FG, Sokoke and Button Lock Elementum II Knife T003D (Black) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/539734432-civivi-elementum-ii-folding-pocket-knife-2-96-damascus-blade](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/539734432-civivi-elementum-ii-folding-pocket-knife-2-96-damascus-blade) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
