Excellent laptop. Screen is incredible. Easy to bring over my files from my old laptop. Memory and ram meets my needs.

Disappointed
Overall, I loved the laptop however it was setup once I received it with no issues at all. I am getting ready to start a Customer Service Representative WFH job next week and this laptop definitely had all the specs that were required. It could not be a renew laptop and was told it was a NEW one. Just to be safe than sorry I wanted to make sure everything is still working satisfactory and Lord and behold upon powering on the system had many errors and stated no Microsoft. I was not able to move past any of the errors no matter what I tried. Since I still had time to replace, I immediately packed it up and sent back to Amazon; I was within my 30 days. In reaching out to Amazon by chat they were not able to assist with the technical part as it came from a third party and will issue a full refund once received. Remind you this is a fairly new laptop. I ordered another one same day from Staples which was still about the same price with more. I still would recommend this company because if this was a software issue that can happen to anyone.

Unreliable seller
During the initial setup the computer froze up. Tried everything I knew how to do, and finally called HP. Gave them the serial number etc and any other information they needed. Turns out the hardware had been changed and the HP warranty had been voided, something called a hardware mismatch. Be very careful dealing with this computer seller. I can't imagine why they would try to get away with something like this. Was authorized to send the computer back and that is in the process as I speak, will update in the future how the return goes. Amazon should do a better job screening the people that they allow to sell computers through their store.
