At first I had difficulty plugging it in properly. Please make sure the device is plugged well. Works very well, easy to use. I could see difference in my skin after only few uses. Very pleased with it! Thank you!

So it's 24 3 2020, brought this as I am in lock down, so I thought I would buy Nubrillance to treat my self and look beautiful in 12 weeks time when I was let out again, like a butterfly 🦋, any way I received this and gave it a try didn't get on to well with it at first, could not get it to stay stuck on my face, so in the end used my other had to pull the sink flat as it wouldn't go over the creases in my face, bingo with time got the hang of it, ok face a little bit red in places,, then went upstairs to take a shower and used my USB face brush, came down and used my collagen face cream and like I say a little bit red, but not going out, because of cysts acne my skin bumpy in places, now feeling my skin it us soft and clean, can't get my nails done or my hair, but in 12 weeks time when life gets better I will lokk the bees knees, fingers crossed XX

Too noisy when in use although attractively presemted & excellent instructions & video. The lotions & creams described in the video as part of the package were also not included

It is very easy to use. It does some work. However only after a few times of use, you will need to change the heads, these are expensive. I have sensitive skin, but still feel the suction power is far weaker than the salon one, so basically it plays a daily exfoliation role. After all, you will still need to go to salon for a proper work once a month or 2months.

Deliverd promptly and way before the expected date, very impressed, I have bought this for a present for someone and have one myself, would highly recommend it, as I have found its use very beneficial.

Great when working

I bought one for myself after paying over £60 for the treatment at a salon. My daughter used it and loved it so I bought one for her also. Once you get the hang of it its very easy to use and leaves skin soft - if a little flushed! I use it twice a week and its quick and quite fun so don't get carried away! Only minus point is the noise - others in the house wondered what on earth I was doing - certainly not for you if you want to do this in private, unless you wait until everyone else goes out!

Let me begin by saying that I've used this system for a couple weeks now and experienced the same issues as other reviewers, mainly a loss of suction. When I noticed a marked loss of suction during the third session after a tip change, there was a moment of mild dispair before I took a deep breath and started trouble shooting. The first thing I checked was that the white sealing ring (rubber band) was still in place and the tip made good contact with it all the way around. The filter was fully on so debris should not have been sucked into the system. Next, I took a close look at the tips. There was a layer of removed skin cells on the inside of the tip. I suspected that was keeping the sealing ring from making a good seal against the tip. I blew out the tip and cleaned the inside of the tip with my little finger where it would make contact against the sealing ring. Issue resolved!!! Now I clean the tips in this manner every time I change them and the suction has been steady ever since. The next question is 'Does this really work?' The answer I have so far is that my skin is definately feeling softer and I'm also noticing better skin tone. Skin tone has been a particular concern to me because while losing weight I've also been losing the fat in my face that filled out the wrikles and plumped my cheeks and jaw line - so in my mind I was looking like a wrinkled, droopy, skinnier person. The system may seem a little pricey but figure there will be cost saving in the future by fixing the wrinkles and skin tone now and not have to buy the expensive creams and lotions to mask/plump-up wrinkles on an on-going basis later.

From my teen years up until just recently (I'm a guy in my 40's), I've had really bad cystic acne that came and went throughout the years. It left me with really bad scarring on my face; deep pits and large craters. I decided to try the Nu Brilliance in the hopes of diminishing the look of my facial scars; realistically, not to completely make them go away, but just to help make the craters less noticable. It's been two weeks since I started using this product three times a week, and guess what? Wow - I'm already noticing good results. For one, the discoloration left behind by the acne has started to diminish in a very noticable manner. Better than all the "fade creams" put together that I've tried before. Secondly, the scars don't appear to be as deep as they used to look and my pores have gotten smaller. Even friends have commented on how my skin appears brighter and smoother, and have asked me about what I'm doing differently. So far I'm very impressed with Nu Brilliance. The product itself is sturdy and compact and very easy to use. Takes me about 15 - 20 minutes to do the whole process each time I do it. It does feel scratchy and a little uncomfortable while doing it, but I've gotten used to it. I think the rough sensation on the skin is the only drawback for me... but that's what it's supposed to do, right? Otherwise, I'm really excited about the Nu Brilliance and can't wait to see what my skin will look like in a few more weeks. If the last two weeks are any indication, I know it'll be a positive result.

Worked for less than one month then suction went out. I checked the rubber rings, etc. All in place just like when I purchased. No wear/tear. Used approx four times then nothing. I read reviews thinking I shouldn't try this but decided to anyway. The company does not offer a return policy and WILL NOT replace. That should tell you something!

I bought this product for my wife but she has not had a chance to use it. It arrived in good time, well packed and in excellent condition but unfortunately it did not work. When plugged in to the power supply the pretty blue light on the front panel came on but that's all it did, no matter what button was pressed. Inside the box there was a card from Nu Brilliance which said "Do Not Return Your Nu Brilliance To the Store, We Can Help! Please call our friendly customer service toll free at: 1-800-423-4248" Well we did but it seems customer service was not that friendly after all, because they bluntly told us that they could not help and we should go back to the store, in this case Amazon. So we went back to Amazon and to the seller, Your Party Delivered (YPD), and after a few email contacts we had a full refund, which we thank YPD for sorting out for us. Not the result my wife wanted as she wanted to use the machine and get a result she wished for in the first place. The moral of this story is you don't always get what you wish for and having seen some of the other reviews for this machine, its plain to see that there is a reliability issue with the Nu Brilliance system and until they can sort it out there will be a lot of disappointed people out there.

I had one back in 2009 and I loved it. I just lost mine in the Lahaina fire August 8, 2023. Along with everything I own had to run to the ocean stayed in the water all night watching the town burn down. Went back to my house the next day and the entire neighborhood was ash the entire town. I hide behind the one and only house that didn’t burn on front Street in the ocean. My skin was really bad after all the ash stuck to me all night . I couldn’t find another nubrilliance anywhere. I finally found it again I’m so excited I just it! Used it my face feels great mahslo for still making this wonderful machine 🌺
