Excellent refurbished/recycled devices
These Poly C60's were well-priced ($180 less than CDW). So I was not surprised to receive recycled units. The two I purchased arrived in excellent, almost new condition. But because they were recycled, they had to be factory reset before network access could be restored and any firmware updates performed. 1) I think the seller should make this clear in the product description. And 2) It would be extremely useful for the seller to specify the reprovisioning steps. Even with 15 years' experience working with Polycom VoIP appliances, I struggled to deploy these units. A novice would not get to 1st base.

Tried 4 fancy conference room phones. Nothing beats a Polycom
We tried several conference room phones using Bluetooth and usb. They all had problems with our Teams and Zoom meetings 18 seat conference room. Plugged this in and it worked perfectly for every call we've had. Its still hard to beat a Polycom.
