But this glass one is so easy to clean and looks clean so I feel confident. The use timer in the lid works well and seems to be accurate. Easy to fill, clean, and use. My only disappointment is that it is not fridge door friendly so we can't use it for cold drinking water, we use it to fill out kettle and coffee machine and it's really cut the amount of limescale. Not too heavy but not as light as a plastic one. It's sturdy but being glass it will break if dropped, but it feels like it will withstand a bang on the sink, but we are being careful! Also don't have to descale kettle or coffee machine anywhere near as frequently. If you have a coffee machine you need one of these. Only drawback is it doesn't fit easily in the fridge door.
