Super products to look at pictures on computer from CDs
This product is easy to use. I have 100 CDs with pictures of grandkids on them and family pictures and I gave half of them to each of my sons along with the external CD drive so they can put the CD in the product plug it into the computer and see all the pictures.

It won't give me back my CD
It did manage to load my CD - but no amount of coaxing would get it to return it :( I emailed the seller about how to get the CD back out, and did get a reply, which involved a number of alternate methods to initiate the eject process. I tried a few of them but nothing worked. Each time the CD player whirred and buzzed as if it was trying to spit out the CD - but always failed - one of the instructions involved turning the player upside down - tried this, on its side shook it - nothing, looks like if I return it it will be with the CD as I don't see any screws to take it apart to recover the CD. The second email has not yet elicited a response ..

CAUTION - No External Eject Button
I’m giving this a 3-star review more as a caution due to the fact that there is no external eject button (or savior hole you can insert a paper clip into for ejection). You are dependent on your computer to recognize the drive (you can download a driver if needed), and then use the eject functionality through the computer. The fact that there is no ‘hail Mary’ way to eject is scary. It seems to work fine. However, on my 4th disc I inserted, it didn’t recognize it. Therefore, I couldn’t access the eject feature in my computer to eject my disc. I read the manual and it did say that if your computer is running low on memory or storage it may fail to recognize the drive. I knew this was a possibility for me so I deleted a bunch of old stuff and then it didn’t recognize say recognize it. So proceed carefully if you are inserting a CD that can’t be replaced. The company does seem to have email customer service so perhaps if I had gotten desperate I would have found a solution.
