These are really nice insoles for the price! I have high arches with out support my feet can really hurt after extended time standing or walking. These fit true to size and have been phenomenal in providing support and reliving my foot stress/pain. The only thing I don’t like is the arch support can sit a bit off and cause some discomfort and then I have make a minor adjustment to the placement of the insole to get it to sit under my arch better. I also don’t like how my arch is pushed up higher into the shoe. Makes them fit tighter, but it’s not terrible. Goes away after I start walking. I also tie them up a bit looser to accommodate. All in all I like these and if you have high arches give them a try! I am going to get another pair for my hiking boots.

These work well for those with high arches. The forefoot could use a touch more padding IMO, but the heel is very supportive and the arch curve is significant. Another plus here is the price of this brand, Sofsole. Not out to gauge ya like some others. Recommended. Update June 19/21: I've tried several brands and these SofSole High Arch stay at the top for me in comfort. It's the forefoot, under the balls of the feet, metatarsal area. I measured a whopping 5mm of cushion and that's the key. Like many other insole brands, the heel is great, stable and cushiony. This model has a pronounced arch support too, so if you have high arches, these are nice. But the 5mm thickness in the forefoot is the best so far and you can feel the difference. Highly recommended.
