Highly recommended.
Love these. I had to stop eating oats as they were causing me issues, and thought I wouldn't be able to have another porridge type breakfast again. They did take a few goes before I got used to the taste, but with some added honey and berries it makes a lovely breakfast. Highly recommended.

Would recommend this product if you are coeliac
Having been let down by sub standard Buckwheat flake order from company I normally order from on Amazon was pleased to find this product which I am very happy with and will make it my go to choice in future. Guaranteed gluten free, no cross contamination during production. As a coeliac this is very important to me. Recommended by Coeliac Uk ( cross grain symbol on packaging). Porridge back on the menu again!

I've purchased other buckwheat flakes that were very flour like. This are not, very nice ,

Gluten free addition/substitution for porridge oats in recipes.
I bought this product as needed for recipe that was wheat and gluten free. I have previously used buckwheat flour but not the flakes. I then went on to make a flapjack substituting some of the oats with buckwheat flakes and it gave an added flavour which was very nice. Will put it in grinder if require small quantity of buckwheat flour in recipe to save buying separate products.
