Does the jug fit in the fridge door? Thanks.

There's a chart on the Brita jug pages here with X marked on the two (or more) jugs that do not fit in a fridge door slot: 'Marella XL' and 'Flow' models seem to be the only two that are too fat - the non-XL version of Marella should fit too.

how do you acivate the percentage button,I ve pressed Start but nothong happens ?

On occasion the start button can be a little tricky to re-set. When this happens we advise you use the rounded end of a teaspoon to press and hold the start button until all four bars show together and flash 4 or 5 times. My filter gadge does not seem to work I activated the gadge and have been using the jug since 3.01.20 I would have thought the gadge would have moved

We have owned a filter for 15 year I don't use the gauge that just tells you to change filter more often I change filter when water starts to taste

How long does the cartridge last? And is there any indicator to show catridge life

Hi, the guideline of 4 weeks (one month) is based on average use in an area of average water hardness. In areas with very hard water it is usually the hardness in the water which exhausts the cartridge more quickly. Filtering more water will also have an effect on the life of the cartridge. BRITA estimate that each cartridge should have an active life of about 100 litres water filtration per cartridge.
