It works over time
This stuff helps my kid a great deal. We do one full sachet a day with a full bottle of water. It usually takes a couple days for things to get moving, but so far he doesn't cramp up and it comes nice and easy.

Excellent laxative for daily use
Our Dr recommended this product for our 2yo daughter who has issues with bowel movements. We have been using it daily for a year now and have really noticed an improvement in the regularity of her bowel movements. She used to be scared of passing bowel movements as they were hard and painful (despite our best efforts to get her to eat more fibre and drink more water). Since using the Movicol powder she is much more comfortable passing bowel movements. One thing to note is that the powder is not actually 'flavour-free' but has a mild salty taste. We dissolve half a sachet in 100ml milk and give that to our daughter twice per day. It took her a day or so to get used to the taste, but since then she is fine with it.

LIFE SAVER!
My daughter had suffered a bout of constipation that was lasting almost a year. I tried this product. I put it in her water bottle. She started having bowel movements without diarrhea or cramping. After using this regularly for about a year I slowly tapered off and now she’s completely regular. If you child is drinking enough liquid, eating enough food, being active, and this product still doesn’t work after a week I suggest you visit a doctor because it can be IBD/IBS-C.

Tried them all and this by far the best!
My son struggles with constipation bad and so I’ve tried many powders and this is the only one that worked. It didn’t make him gassy, didn’t give him tummy aches, makes his poop easier to pass without giving him diarrhea and truly flavorless. Mixes well with a lot of drinks cold or warm. Update: I LOVE the new packaging single individual smaller packs makes it easier to store and open. Before there were two stuck together and more then once I would accidentally rip both trying to separate them so thank you for changing that!!!
