Great foundational UX research source
As someone who transitioned to UX research from a completely different profession this book was an enlightening easy read. It created a great foundation for a lot of the concepts and strategies we use in UX. I will be referring back to it regulary

Every third page is not attached to the book
I'd advise to read the ebook instead, the paper version is a mess, every third page is loose, one can easily imagine the mess it becomes after reading a few charters, considering the price this is outrageous.
