They kept stalling with unnecessary requests for photos, invoices, and irrelevant questions instead of providing real support. Avoid this seller and this drive. The glowing reviews are misleading, hyping up a product that doesn’t justify its price. Worse, if you run into issues, you’ll be stuck with subpar customer support and an unreliable SSD.
