I just started Pvolve a few weeks ago and I love this mat! It's great for orienting your stances and doing non-equipment workouts until I purchase more workout products. And I absolutely positively LOVE Pvolve.

Great for maximizing every workout! The texture is perfect for gliders and isn’t slippery for fast paced exercises that include jumping.

It is hard to use on carpet but other than that is good for precise foot placement for p,volve workouts
