NGK was the world leaders in spark plugs. ever since 1977 my dad always told me NKG are the best spark plugs you can ever get. Maybe he didn't know they were Japanese, cos I'm pretty sure that being alive in WW2 he'd never endorse them. Old folks eh? Well he used to rate them over Champion. I've always used NGK based upon what your dad tells you as a kid, and have to agree with him, never had a bad one yet. Bought this one for a strimmer. Started first time and no misfires. Stick with what you know's best.

Sparking good kit
I bought this spark plug as a replacement for my failed petrol strimmer. My hope was that it would revive the old beasty so I could once again tame the jungle that is my mothers garden. When it arrived packed into its Jiffy bag, I gave it as once over, adjusted the gap to be within the required tolerance specified by the strimmer manufacturer and popped it in. After reconnecting the HT lead to the top of the plug (a push fit) and priming the carburettor, a few pulls on the starting cord and she sprung into life. At this point I was over joyed with feelings of both success and relief. I can now go full "Gears of War" at the thickets of weeds and brambles which have plagued my outdoor spaces for so long now.
