I reported this to the seller and they said no exchange or refund because it was three month old and no longer qualified for 30 day refund! This is a pretty expensive rice cooker and the seller didn’t even offer to repair the item! Basically I have lost at least two hundred dollars purchasing this item three times, and unknowingly have not received any compensation.

I have purchased this rice cooker either three or four times, and every times the dial section got broken.
