I love this product!!! This is my third purchase. I can tell the difference when I forget to take them!! It makes me feel so awesome!!! I have a ton of energy and I feel more balanced! I love this brand! I love this supplement! I drink tart cherry juice as a sleep aide. I use this supplement as a sleep aide when I'm in any discomfort. It is milder than taking ibuprofen or aspirin. Tart cherry has an effect like an ibuprofen and also a natural melatonin. The other ingredients are great for inflammation.

I was not consistent with this product and wasn’t taking as instructed(4 capsules a day) The ingredients and reviews led me to this particular brand and since I’ve had a severe flare up of gout…I’m willing to take as directed consistently. I do believe it has helped ward off attacks even though I didn’t take before as directed and consistently. Hope to come back with a 5 star rating in a few weeks.

Doing the trick. My legs aren't swollen. My hands aren't swollen. I lost some excess water weight (5 lbs). Good price for keeping my feet skinny.
