My new go to multitool
I’m impressed with the build quality, size and definitely the price. I own a number of multitools, and was looking for one for EDC that has scissors and a decent blade but was less weighty than some of my Leathermans with pliers. At $20, I thought this was worth a try. Knife sharp out of the box, and scissors are as well. Both lock easily and firmly, with an easy release. Design allows for an easy and natural use of the all tools. At this price, I would recommend it, and it will likely be my go to for everyday use.

Nice slim multi-tool for the minimalist
Excellent multi-tool, at an affordable price. The most important tool, the knife, is not an afterthought - is is a good length, and the blade is not serrated so it is easily sharpened and holds an edge. Same for the scissors. The few other fold-out tools are sturdy all of them lock in place. There is one flaw, but it is easily fixed. The double-ended screwdriver bit frequently falls out and could be lost. Here's the fix: get a common single-ended screwdriver bit at any hardware store. Use super glue to attach a small (3mm) neodymium button magnet to the butt end of the bit. After the glue has set, insert the bit into the hex-shaped hole in the multi-tool. It will come out only when you want it to. Overall, this is a slim multi-tool made for a minimalist. It works fine so long as you don't need a pair of pliers. It easily fits in your pocket. Other than pliers, this multi-tool has everything you really need and nothing you don't.

Great value, 80% of Leatherman wave utility, 50% of the weight.
I've had a Leatherman Wave on me daily for over 10 years, and own 5-6 other Multitools. I purchased this to swap for my Wave after work hours and weekends for the reduced weight. It has been a great compliment to my Wave. -Blade Sharpness/Retention -- Seems fine -Scissors seemed cheap at first, but have held up reasonably well. The mechanism is a little confusing to operate and lock (especially if handing off to a first-time user) but the scissors are larger and more functional than the Wave's. -Bit driver -- Needs a ball-detent bits or magnets installed. At first opening, I assumed the bit it came with would fall out, but so far it has not surprisingly. -Tiny flathead -- just the right size for eyeglass screw, set screws around the house -Large flathead -- Just the right side and width for outlet covers, popping open cans of paint etc... First weekend of use was at a beach, dropped into the sand many times, left wet and dirty in the car etc... No problems with rust, binding etc. at all. For the price point, and included belt clip, I think everyone should have one at least in their glovebox.

Sweet little multi tool
Got this on the recommendation of a YouTube knife and outdoor gear reviewer. Similar to the Gerber Armbar Drive, but with more tools (really appreciate the eyeglass screwdriver) and scissors that deploy better. Feels solidly built, and it’s compact size makes for a more practical edc than a lot of pliers based multi tools. All the tools seem well made with excellent fit and finish. Knife is nice and sharp and the scissors cut extremely well. The only tool that doesn’t have a lock is the bit driver, but it still snaps into place nice and tight. As of now it is very stiff and difficult to deploy, but I expect it to loosen up over time. The included double ended flat/Philips bit is retained by a ball detent, but I will probably install a magnet and use my Wiha double ended bits with this. Over all I am really liking this thing. Will see how it holds up, but first impressions are very nice, especially for 20 bucks. Was kinda disappointed that it no longer comes with the little leather slip pouch, but it is still a great value. If Leatherman made a similar tool, it would be $60+. PS when using the scissors, make sure they are deployed all the way. You may have to push it all the way in to place in order for the lock and spring to engage.

It has a major flaw. Could be a great tool for edc
For the price it’s ok. I’m not the type to complain but give honest review maybe I got a flaw that is how it looks. The pocket clip could be stronger seems like it would bend easily. Ok my main issue is the knife the lock goes all the way over and barely touches the face of knife to lock open but it works. For the big issue now is the detent tab on the liner lock does not engage with the hole in the knife when closed all the way causing play in the knife when closed the ball will actually lock into the hole on the knife about before it’s actually closed so when you close it all the way there is a bit of open and close play it could pop open exposing the the tip of the knife. Pics below you can see how far the detent hole on the knife is off it’s not even fully closed If the knife lock up was better I’d give it 5 starts maybe I can get a new one sent out and will update the outcome I hate having to return things it’s a pain. Everything else is very nice about the tool I hope I just got one that over looked in quality by mistake. Rocktool really makes good quality tools

Great EDC Tool
This Rocktol tool is like an Armbar but bigger and with some of the faults addressed. As another reviewer stated, the bit driver does not lock. On mine it clicks open and sticks pretty firmly. It definitely would be better if it locked (a fault the Armbar shares). The knife locks, and the scissors lock. The scissors have a VERY strong spring. They cut really well but if you don't have a strong thumb you won't be able to use them very comfortably. Another earlier review says that the scissors have no spring action. If you don't open the scissors ALL the way, it would seem like they have no spring, because the spring bar won't deploy. Open the scissors until they lock, and they'll work correctly. The tool comes with a nice double-ended bit with a ball-detent. For more versatility, you could buy more ball-detent bits, or you could drop a small magnet in the bit holder and use any standard 1/4" bits. The awl, eyeglass screwdriver, can opener and scraper/prybar/flathead all lock, and are unlocked with the big silver tab at the bottom of the tool. I wear glasses and am pretty pleased to have the eyeglass screwdriver on the tool. The knife came sharp and cuts packaging well. I don't know the steel it's made of or how long it will hold an edge. Seems like relatively soft steel like 5cr15 so may dull quickly but should be very easy hone back to razor sharp. The tool overall is a bit bulky to carry with the pocket clip mounted the way that it is; I wish Rocktol would have mounted it on the "bottom" but that may have interfered with the silver lock tab. You could just keep the tool loose in your pocket (although it's slightly heavy for EDC). This tool would be great in a drawer with some pliers and a few driver bits, or in a backpack or sling bag. I was surprised how much I liked this tool. It exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using it.

Great tool, though it needs a better liner lock.
This is a great tool, it’s really well built. There isn’t a hint of plastic anywhere, as it is all metal. However, I noticed one glaring flaw. Upon inspection of the knife after opening, I noticed that the blade is great, however, the liner lock itself is weak. I can bring knife down past the lock like a slip joint, though it does take a lot of force to do so. I believe I can fix it myself, however, this is not something that should go unmentioned. Still a great product though, it’s perfect for EDC thanks to its portable size and pocket friendly features.

based on price point GREAT MULTI
i ue multitools a lot. i have drawers full of Swiss army, Leatherman, Gerber etc. whom ever invented the NON-piler multi tool should get an award! pleirs double the waight and in most cases get used .01% of time. this multiknife is great! it adds a very useful 'bit socket' that allows use of those quick bits everyone has laying around(it comes with phillips/flathead bit). this allows tailoring of what youd want to carry as a bit.(allens,10mm socket etc etc). Build: the build/materials are on par with a Leatherman or Gerber at less the n half the price. blades/tools come nice and stiff to break-in over time. knife come very sharp as does scissors. LAYOUT: some tools are mandatory for me in this type of tool. 90% of multis give you a useless bottle opener to keep tool count high. this multi comes with a MANDATORY CAN OPENER which is 1000% more useful but has the bottle opener as well. Scissors: they are bigger then most. sharp and spring-loaded. NOTE: on these multi's i noticed the scissors take a few times to fold out and LOCK IN TO PLACE. the lock mechanism acts to put tension on the scissor spring. i have another similar multi like this that i thought was broke until i learned the proper way to open scissors. KNIFE: the knife blade is sturdy, lock secure and of a great lenght. it would be usable as a defensive weapon in the proper hands. its long/strong enough to do serious damage in a SHTF scenario. much better then a rock or broom handle if the zombies get frisky. LASTLY: the pocket clip is very tight and strong for jeans or a coat pocket. ONLY CON: i like to have a lanyard hole on knives/multi's , to attach bright paracord as both a flag and lanyard if dropped in high grass etc.

Near Perfection 👌
This compact multitool is near perfect for my EDC needs. I have plenty (!) but the size and selection of tools in this one is excellent. The locking knife and scissors are very good and the in-line bit driver is the closest thing to an actual screwdriver. (I just wish it locked like everything else.). Build quality is as good as Leatherman IMHO. I modified with a small magnet (1.5mm x 12 mm) to securely hold a second two-sided bit. In Canada the Robertson bit is an absolute must and It fits perfectly. Then I added a Victorinox toothpick under the scissors. Also fits like a glove. The pocket-clip is bomb-proof and exactly what I prefer, rather than a belt pouch. Overall highly recommended.

Prodotto consigliato

Money well spend.
