I really do like the machine and I get a really good burn in my booty. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because 2 of the bands are so tight that I can't get the extension I need for the exercise to work the muscle properly. So I use the 1 band and add a 25lb dumbell which does the job. It shipped very quickly and super easy to set up with pulling 2 pins that lock into place. I just ordered the heavier resistance band. Hopefully that is long enough.

Very very well made. Perfect height for not only thrusts exercise but others as well, for example, Bulgarian split squats. Love the bands and have even ordered the heavier bands as well. I only wish it came with a cushion to wrap around bands instead of the thin wrap it came with. The heavier u go the more it digs at u. I have to use a folded towel to help.

I had been wanting this machine for so long so to say I’m dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement. I can’t get to a gym so I’m stuck with home workouts and thought I had finally found something where I could really pump up the weight load for my hip thrusts. I originally tried the Redgefit and it sucks for hip thrusts. So when I finally saved up enough to get the booty sprout I was so excited! I could finally get more than 40-50 lbs of weight.HOWEVER,Do NOT waste your money on this thing. I’ve been using it religiously for over a month. I know exactly how to do a hip thrust so it’s not user error. I will also say, this was obviously developed for smaller women, like size 8 and smaller. It’s really uncomfortable if you’re larger and I don’t even know if someone bigger than a size 16 could use this. I might be a little off on the size comparisons but seriously this is not meant for larger women. You’re better off just doing your usual at home hip thrusts with one of those lap belts that you can add weights to.

I really like this machine. It arrived already assembled. The only thing I had to do was attach one of the bands. Is very easy to put away because it lays flat you can store it under your bed or in the closet. I’ve only used it once, but it works. My glutes muscles were very sore the next day. It comes with 3 resistance bands.

I’ve never left a review on Amazon but I had to for this product. I recommend it to anyone looking to build their glutes. It’s great quality, you can increase the weight with the bands, it’s effective, and it fits easily anywhere as it can be folded up when not in use. If you have been thinking about purchasing this, please do because once you do you’ll wish you bought it sooner!!!
